Return & Warranty Policy for Vape Cloud - Your Trusted Ontario Vape Store

At Vape Cloud, we are committed to providing you with high-quality vaping products and exceptional customer service. Please review our Return & Warranty Policy carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

30-Day Replacement Warranty:
Vape Cloud offers a generous 30-day replacement warranty for defective hardware on items purchased from our online vape shop or vape stores. Our warranty covers the following issues:

Device charging issues
Internal battery issues
Chip and LCD display issues
Auto-firing or other device firing issues
Please note that only these specified issues will be covered under our warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover the following:

Coils, Pods, E-liquid, Pre-filled Pods, Disposables, Tanks, Rebuildable products, and Batteries
Failure or damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repair
Failure or damage caused by excessive force such as dropping or abuse
Failure or damage caused by usage outside of recommended operating instructions
Damage or failure caused by improper use including water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage
Leaky tanks
Loss or damage due to missing components
Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connectors, rattling or sticky buttons
Modification of a product, which automatically voids the warranty
Defects caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product
Items outside of the 30-day warranty period
Warranty Start Date:
The 30-day warranty period begins from the day your items are delivered. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to and from Vape Cloud.

Disposable Devices:
For disposable devices, Vape Cloud offers a limited Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty within 48 hours of purchase. If your disposable device does not work on its first use, we will replace it free of charge. The disposable vape must be returned in its original packaging with the tax stamp. We cannot process the return without it (no exceptions).

Pre-filled Pods:
In the case of pre-filled pods, Vape Cloud offers a limited 48-hour return policy for unused and leaking pods. The pods must be returned in their original packaging with the tax stamp for processing. We cannot process the return without it (no exceptions). Please note that STLTH products are handled directly by STLTH (visit https://stlthvape.com/pages/contact-us).

E-liquid:
For your safety, all e-liquid purchases are considered final sale and are not subject to warranty, return, or exchange. Variations in e-liquid from bottle to bottle may occur due to steeping, exposure to heat or sunlight, or changes in device/product resistance.

Tanks, Coils, and Pods:
Due to their consumable nature and limited life expectancy, Vape Cloud offers a limited DOA warranty on atomizer tanks, atomizer coils, and pods. If these products do not work on their first use, we will replace them free of charge provided you return the defective products in their original packaging with all original components for confirmation and testing to determine the issue.

Discontinued/Clearance Products:
Defective discontinued items within the warranty period will be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

Note: Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by using products or supplies not purchased from us, accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or external causes, or damage caused by unauthorized service.
