Found the same vape, pod or e-liquid for less at another Canadian vape store with a physical location? Show us the price and we will match it, in store or online.
How to get a price match
Find the lower price
The competing store must be a Canadian retailer with a brick-and-mortar location. Online-only sellers and stores outside Canada do not qualify.
Bring the proof
A current ad, website listing or receipt showing the store, the exact product and the price. A staff member verifies it before matching.
Get the matched price
In store: show the proof at the counter. Online: email info@vapecloud.ca with the proof and the vapecloud.ca product link before you order.
What qualifies
Canadian store with a physical location
The competitor must be a Canadian retailer with a real storefront. We do not match online-only retailers or stores outside Canada.
Regular price and in stock
The item must be listed at the competitor's regular price and be in stock at the time of the request. Clearance, sale, bundle and promotional prices do not qualify.
Exact model and colour
The product must be identical: same brand, model, size, nicotine strength, flavour and colour as the one Vape Cloud sells.
Verified proof
Proof of the lower price is checked by a Vape Cloud staff member. We reserve the right to decline requests that cannot be verified.
Price adjustments on recent purchases
If we lower our own price on something you bought from Vape Cloud within the last 15 days, you can request a price adjustment. Approved adjustments are issued as store credit for the difference.
Sale and holiday discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the sale started. Price adjustments cover regular price reductions only.
Frequently asked questions
Do you price match online vape shops?
No. The policy covers Canadian retailers with a physical store. Prices from online-only sellers are not matched.
Do you match sale or clearance prices?
No. The competitor's price must be their regular price, and the item must be in stock with them at the time of the request.
Can I use a price match together with a discount code or rewards points?
A price match sets the item price; it does not stack with promotional discount codes on the same item. Rewards points are still earned on the matched price.
How do I request a price match on an online order?
Email info@vapecloud.ca before placing the order, with proof of the competitor's price and the link to the product on vapecloud.ca. We will confirm and tell you how to complete the order at the matched price.
What counts as proof?
A current printed or digital ad, a photo of the shelf price, a screenshot of the competitor's website with the date visible, or a recent receipt. The store name, product and price all need to be legible.
