Price Matching

If you discover a lower price on the same item at a local vape store in Hamilton, Burlington, Guelph, or Milton, simply provide us with evidence, and we will match that price for you. To be eligible for a price match at Vape Cloud, the item must adhere to the following criteria:

Canadian Store with a Physical Location: The competing store must be a Canadian retailer with a brick-and-mortar store; we do not price match with stores outside of Canada or online-only retailers.

Regular Price and Availability: The item in question should be listed at its regular price and must currently be in stock. Please be aware that clearance or sale items do not qualify for price matching.

Exact Model and Color Match: The item you are requesting a price match for must be the exact same model and color as the one offered by Vape Cloud.

Valid Proof of Lower Price: You must provide valid proof of the lower price, which will be verified by a Vape Cloud staff member.

For online price match requests, please reach out to us by emailing support@vapecloud.ca. Be sure to have proof of the lower-priced item readily available when contacting us.

If you have made a recent purchase from Vape Cloud and we have subsequently reduced the price of the product, you may be eligible for a price adjustment if your purchase was made within the past 15 days. Any approved price adjustments will be credited to you in the form of store credit. Please note that special sale discounts or holiday discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders made before the start of the sale.
