How to Use
- Charge the battery. Connect the USB-C cable to charge the device fully before first use. The Caliburn G5 platform charges quickly and supports pass-through vaping (you can vape while it charges).
- Prime your pod. Pull the pod out of its sealed packaging. Fill it with your chosen e-liquid through the side fill port (lift the silicone plug). Replace the plug, then let the pod sit for 5 to 10 minutes so the wick can fully saturate. Skipping this step causes burnt hits on the first vape.
- Snap in the pod. Line the pod up with the device and click it into place. Magnetic connection, no threads to align.
- Adjust airflow. Use the top airflow ring to dial in your preferred draw resistance. Tighter for a snug mouth-to-lung pull, looser for a restricted direct-lung draw.
- Inhale to vape. The Caliburn G5 is draw-activated, no buttons or firing required. Just inhale through the mouthpiece.
- Refill when low. When e-liquid runs low, refill through the same side port. Most users get 3 to 7 refills per pod before flavour quality starts to fade and the pod should be replaced with a fresh GPP pod.

What pods does the Caliburn G5 use?
The Caliburn G5 uses the Uwell GPP pod platform, which is the same pod system used by the Caliburn G3 and G4. If you already own a G3 or G4, your existing GPP pods will work in the G5. Available in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.9Ω, and 1.2Ω resistances depending on your preferred draw style.
Is the Caliburn G5 better than the G3 or G4?
It is the direct successor. Compared to the G4: the G5 has 500mAh more battery (1600 vs 1100), pushes higher wattage (35W vs 25W max), and adds a gradient LED indicator. Same pod compatibility, so upgrading from a G3 or G4 means just buying the new device, not new pods.
Can I refill the pods, or do I have to buy new ones?
The pods are refillable. Use the side fill port to top up with your chosen e-liquid. Most users get 3 to 7 refills per pod before flavour quality fades and the pod should be replaced with a fresh GPP pod.
Is this an MTL or DTL device?
Both, depending on the pod and airflow setting you use. The 0.9Ω and 1.2Ω pods with the airflow closed give a tight mouth-to-lung pull (good for higher-nicotine salts). The 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω pods with the airflow open give a restricted direct-lung draw (good for freebase juice or lower nicotine).
Does it work with nicotine salt or freebase e-liquid?
Both. The Caliburn G5 platform handles 50/50 and 60/40 PG/VG blends well, which covers most salt nic and most freebase juices. Avoid max-VG (80%+) e-liquids as they will not wick properly in the GPP pods.
Is this the CRC version?
Yes. Every Caliburn G5 we stock is the Health Canada CRC compliant version with a 2mL pod capacity. The non-CRC 3mL version is not legal for sale in Canada and we do not carry it.
