Order Processing:
We strive to process and dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on the same day. Please note that, on rare occasions, order processing may take up to 3 business days. Backordered items will be shipped promptly as soon as they become available.

Proof of Age:
At Vape Cloud, we prioritize safety and responsible vaping. For all shipments, we employ Canada Post's Proof of Age 18+ or 19+ option. This means that every package will require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available during delivery, the package will be securely held at your nearest post office. To claim your package, you'll need to provide Proof of Age.

Kindly note that failure to establish Proof of Age, resulting in a package being Returned to Sender, will not be eligible for shipping fee refunds. This includes both the initial shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred.

Order Processing Schedule:
We process in-stock orders seven days a week, excluding Canadian holidays. If you receive a tracking number over the weekend or during a major holiday, rest assured that your order is being prepared for shipment, with handover to the shipping carrier on the following business day.

In the event of any questions or concerns related to your order, additional processing time may be necessary. We will contact you via phone or email only when absolutely required. Please ensure your checkout information includes current and accurate contact details.

Free Shipping Offer:
At Vape Cloud, we're pleased to provide free same-day shipping (shipment preparation) on all Canadian orders totaling C$75 or more. Typically, we utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping for these complimentary shipments within Canada.

Please be aware that we retain the right to cancel orders that we consider unreasonable for free shipping. If a shipment is unsuccessful due to reasons we attribute to your responsibility (such as incorrect address details, failure to retrieve the package, or underage recipients), any potential refund you may qualify for will be subject to deductions for both the initial shipment's shipping fees (even if it was initially free) and the return shipment fees incurred by the carrier.

Order Cancellation:
Changes or cancellations to orders are possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned to us before you can receive a refund; please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
